About Aircraft Technical Support

Aircraft Technical Support is headquartered in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida with a shop area of 18,000 sq ft. We also have offices in England, China, France and the United Arab Emirates to offer truly world-wide support.

Our company specializes in the overhaul and maintenance of Airbus A-300, A-310, A-319, A-320 and A-330. We have one of the largest Lucas and Messier librarys and capabilities in the country along with an extensive parts inventory.

We also offer component support on Boeing B707, B727, B737, B747, B757, B767, McDonnell Douglas DC-8, DC-9, DC-10, MD-80, MD-88, Lockheed L-1011 and Fokker F28 and F100.

Our goal is to satisfy our customers needs not only with the highest quality of workmanship available but also to meet or exceed expectations for turn time.

Time is something that no customer has a surplus of. Our company has been structured to respond to that challenge by accommodating any and all requests or requirements by taking a multi-level approach to each situation.

Everyone involved in the overhaul process, no matter what level is trained and is thoroughly and intimately familiar with not only their particular expertise but has as much knowledge as possible about the "big picture" of component overhaul. We feel that our technicians should not only be the best at their game but should also expand their knowledge and cross-train into other specialties as much as possible.

Our belief is that the better informed, well-rounded technician maintains a better interest and attitude which directly translates into better performance.

Our turn times are monitored for maximum efficiency while maintaining the quality standards that put our name on the map in the Component Overhaul industry. By adopting a "whatever-it-takes" attitude towards getting the component completed in a timely fashion, we have developed turn-times that are difficult to match. In addition to developing aggressive turn times, we also offer a Quick-turn program and AOG service is available on a 24/7 basis if required.

Our extensive Capability listing reflects the ability of the Repair Station. Our Technical library is one of the largest around. When our customers call on us for a particular item we list, they can be assured that we can deliver.

Another facet of the industry we have concentrated on is the handling of the Beyond Economical Repair (BER) components. We have seen many components branded by some repair stations with that label due to extreme cosmetic appearance, a unit being difficult to work on, or their unfamiliarity with the part. We have a policy of doing all that can be done before condemning a unit as BER. Our technicians have developed the "we can do it" attitude and simply hate to lose one of their "patients".

We currently enjoy solid business relationships with many of the Commercial Carriers. We are confident in ourselves and are confident that new customers will respond to our services and will find our abilities and capabilities to be a valuable asset to their operations.
