President, Overhaul Search
Mr. Spaulding is best known for having founded Overhaul Search in March of 2000, which helped bring simplicity and automation to the repair sector of the aviation industry. Mr. Spaulding graduated from Brigham Young University in 1990 with a bachelor of arts degree in International Relations. Upon graduating from BYU, Mr. Spaulding moved to Japan for seven years to work with a Tokyo based company that specialized in training Japan's fortune 500 executives about how to conduct business in the United States. Upon returning to the United States, Mr. Spaulding began working in the commercial aviation industry as a supplier that interfaced with Asian airlines to procure and sell spare parts. It was during his tenure as a supplier that he recognized the need for an online product that better addressed the informational needs of suppliers, repair facilities and airlines worldwide. This led to the development of Overhaul Search, the aviation industry's largest repair centric database with more than 2.8 million repair capabilities, utilized by more than 500 repair centers and 200 airlines and suppliers worldwide.

As a former purchasing manager responsible for the subcontracting process at Lufthansa Technik, the largest MRO worldwide, Mr. Harms dedicated his time to develop and streamline the complete subcontracting process. With the first prototype of the so called MRO-Tracker, he left Lufthansa and started b2b-aero, an independent company, in order to introduce the MRO-Tracker to the aviation industry. Today, with the new version MRO-Tracker 5.0, it was a logical step to join forces with other strong companies to create the largest commercial aviation marketplace worldwide.
