How long has OneAero been in business?

OneAero is a result of the combined efforts of Overhaul Search, b2b-aero, and ePark Labs. Our combined age is approximately 18 years. OneAero.com was launched on September 6, 2004.

How reliable is OneAero?

OneAero aims for 100% availability. The primary OneAero servers operate in a clustered environment so you will not experience any scheduled down time. With customers in 150 countries we want to be available without fail. All of our systems have redundant fail over and are backed-up throughout the day.

Each facility can have one or more member administrators. This person can add, edit, and remove members for their company. The administrator can select who can: # Manage members # Edit company information # Edit capabilities # Edit inventory # Edit billing information # Login # Be displayed in the company directory

How many users can we have?

You can have as many users as needed. We do not charge per-user fees.

What format does OneAero accept for inventory and repair capability lists?

OneAero can accept nearly any format for uploading inventory and repair capablities, however, we prefer Excel and tab-delimited text files.
